When you begin guiding with Lip Ripper Guide Service, you’ll be working with an established brand in the fishing industry and will have assistance with marketing, booking and accepting payment.
We are currently looking for both open and ice fishing guides on the Missouri River in South Dakota, Glacial Lakes region of South Dakota, Nebraska (eastern and western), and Iowa Great Lakes region. We would also discuss guides operating out of North Dakota and Minnesota.

- $100 annual team dues (includes benefits and listing on midwestliprippers.com)
- 5% commission on all trips booked through Lip Ripper Guide Service. Trips booked on your own are not subject to this commission.
- Carry your own insurance, we recommend World Wide Marine for an insurance company.
- Share your available dates so we can assist with booking and plan trips accordingly.
If you already have an established guide service, we would be happy to assist with your marketing efforts as well. You can have your business recognized as a “Lip Ripper Fishing Recommended Guide”, which gives you a variety of benefits.
