The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) today announced that the Lake Francis Case and Lewis and Clark Lake public fisheries meeting will take place virtually Tuesday, February 17 at 7 p.m. central time.

GFP fisheries biologists out of the Chamberlain office will provide an update on both the Lake Francis Case and Lewis and Clark Lake fisheries. This will include the history, trends, and management plans for each reservoir before opening up for questions.

The meeting will be held entirely virtually via Microsoft Teams. Individuals can participate through the Microsoft Teams app on their phone, computer, or tablet or by calling in to 605.679.7263 with the meeting code 528 207 198#.

The meeting recording will then be shared on the GFP YouTube page.

Anglers are encouraged to tune in, bring their questions, and come prepared to learn about both of these fisheries!

Lake Francis Case is a popular fishery, especially in the early spring. Whether it’s spring time in the Chamberlain area or summer in Platte, there’s good fishing to be found throughout the reservoir. Learn more about fishing along the reservoir in The Complete Guide to Fishing on Lake Francis Case!
