The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) will be hosting a public meeting regarding the Aquatic Habitat and Access Program in Rapid City. The meeting will take place Wednesday, January 29 at 6:30 p.m. MT at the Outdoor Campus-West.

GFP Aquatic Habitat and Access staff will provide a short presentation regarding projects that have been completed in western South Dakota. Staff will then share projects that are currently planned for the coming years.

Following the presentation, individuals will be given the opportunity to ask questions about the projects presented and to share ideas on future prospective project ideas.

This meeting will take place in the middle of a busy week for public fisheries meeting in South Dakota, with public meetings regarding the Lake Oahe and Lake Sharpe meeting taking place in Pierre and Mobridge on Tuesday and Thursday respectively.
